"After looking at many properties around Williamsburg we visited an open house at Walnut Farm and liked what we saw, including the composite cement siding, generous baseboards with perfectly mitered corners, precision fitting cabinet doors and drawers, windows that opened smoothly, ample window sills on six-inch framing, exterior doors that fit snuggly --- and much more. We learned these houses adhere to the "healthy communities" program standards. The result is an interior with double filtered air, carefully managed heating and cooling, and quiet interiors. We made changes to the standard house structure plus several substitutions to standard fixtures such as mirrors, lights, cabinets, appliances, and more. Morgan, along with her design and construction teams, was receptive to these changes and worked with us over several months to achieve the desired results. Our satisfaction with the house is due largely to Morgan's openness to changes and substitutions, and her attention to detail, along with the overall better than average level of materials and construction. "
